The Curated Art Group was founded by Thomas J Theakston — art dealer, curator and consultant — after sixteen years in commerce and five at the top of the art market. In under four years he generated more than £4 million in art sales, from helping launch a major New York gallery to selling three years running at Art Miami.
What he learned there shapes everything we build: talent alone isn’t enough. Infrastructure, sales psychology and digital expertise should shape an art business from day one. So we built the group to put that to work — the commercial architecture the art world has always kept behind the gallery door, opened up for artists and collectors.
